What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, single-donor hair with cuticles aligned in one direction. It has not been steamed, colored, or chemically altered, which is why it can last for years with proper care.

How long does your raw hair last?
With proper maintenance, our raw hair lasts 1–2 years and can be reused for multiple installs. Our virgin hair lasts 3–6 months.

Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal, similar to natural hair. Excessive shedding usually results from over-plucking, aggressive detangling, or cutting the wefts. Our wefts are sealed upon delivery to help extend longevity.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Our raw hair lifts very well because it is unprocessed. For best results, we recommend having all coloring or bleaching services done by a licensed professional.

How many bundles do I need?
• 12–18 inches: 3 bundles
• 20–26 inches: 3-4 bundles
If you want maximum fullness, consider adding one extra bundle.

How do I maintain raw hair?
Co-wash every two weeks, deep condition regularly, avoid heavy products, and always use a heat protectant. Sleep with a satin bonnet or on a silk pillowcase to preserve softness and prevent friction.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

How long is shipping?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions.
